Guide was one of two worst we had in seven weeks traveling through Southeast Asia. We fired him after first day and voluntarily forfeited the money for the second day. He didn't listen, spoke only passable English, did not describe anything nor discuss anything about Bali. No information whatsoever. We spent an hour prior to setting out telling him all we had already done on Bali. And discussing what we'd like to do and see on our first day with him. Two hours later he asked what we had done so far. Two hours after that, having been to one site, he asked what else we would like to do. We couldn't get away from him fast enough. We hired a guide who operates a travel agency and he was terrific. Viator needs to better quality check guides working for companies under contract with them. I would stay away from this tour rather than risking our experience with that guide.
