- If the minimum number of participants 2 is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled
- The tour will still be held as scheduled even if cherry blossoms are not in bloom. Refunds will not be issued even if cherry blossoms are not in bloom. As the Omuro cherry trees at Ninna-ji Temple are late-blooming, the tour will visit Daikaku-ji Temple instead during the period when cherry trees are not in bloom (late March to early April).
- Depending on the number of participants, a sedan, taxi van, or bus may be used for transportation during the tour.
- The tour may be canceled by the conducting company if it is determined that flowers in the itinerary cannot be viewed at all due to weather changes, etc. In this case, customers will be notified before the tour is scheduled to commence.
- Please eat lunch on your own at Arashiyama. This is not included in the tour charge. Please have it on your own.
