Stop At: Chion-ji Temple, 466 Monju, Miyazu 626-0001 Kyoto Prefecture
The first stop of this tour is the Amanohashidate Chion-ji temple. At the southern entrance of Amanohashidate sandbar lies the Zen temple Chion-ji. Since it houses the Buddhist god of wisdom and intellect, it attracts a lot students and all those who are wishing for success in their academics.

Stop At: Monju Amanohashidate Park, Miyazu 629-2244 Kyoto Prefecture
After that, ride the sightseeing boat where you can feel the length of Amanohashidate, which is a scenic strip of sand covered in pine trees. This is supposed to be one of the “three most scenic spots of Japan”. The word Amanohashidate literally means bridge of the Heaven and is said to look like a path between Earth and the Heaven.
