The Viator booking system is not aligned with ours.

You will therefore receive two notifications, one from Viator stating 11:am and one from us stating the correct booked time for your attendance.

Please use our confirmation time and not that of Viator as we honour only ours. If you arrive at 11:am and we stated another time then you will have missed your reserved session time and we can only try to accomodate you at another time subject to availability which, may or may not, fit with your travel plans.
