Ramen Making experience on the train (Ramen Express)

(Maximum participant 25people)

You will make noodles on a chartered train. This train connects between Shijo-omiya station and Arashiyama station. You will get in the train starting from Shijo-omiya and wear a headscarf and apron.

As soon as the train runs, your experience starts. Mix, knead flour and punch then cut the dough with a noodle machine. When arriving at Arashiyama station, boil the noodle, add the soup, put on the toppings then eat it on the train.

This is absolutely a memorable and fun experience.

• Boil the noodles
• Drain the water from the noodles

• We offer many types of broths so you can

blend with each other

Finishing
• Put the boiled noodles into the soup
• Put the toppings on and it will be finished

After the experience you can enjoy sight seeing in Arashiyama.(no guided)
