Proposed activity schedule:
3:00pm - Pickup from your hotel, heading to the venue for photo session by taxi
with the maiko and translator guide.
(Pickup time will be a little earlier depending on the location of your hotel.)
3:15pm - Arrive at the venue for photo session where you can have various photos
together with the maiko in the landscape of beautiful gardens and traditional buildings.
About one hour is the actual photo session time.
4:15pm - Go to a cafe or a relaxing space to have traditional Japanese sweets and tea with the Maiko
4:30~40pm Leaving the venue and taking a taxi with the maiko
5:00pm - Drop-off at your hotel
