Scuba Dive Package in Bayahibe

This diving package is the perfect way to take full advantage of the diverse dive sites around Bayahibe, with multiple dives every day departing from the beach at Dreams La Romana Hotel. Choose between packages of one, four, six, eight or 10 dives. If you don't have your own dive gear, please book the option that includes equipment rental (at an additional cost).

If possible, come to the office at the Dreams La Romana Hotel a day before you would like to take your first dive. At this time, you will schedule your dives with the staff and try on your diving equipment (if you have included equipment rental). You will also fill out a registration form and medical statement. Don't forget to bring your dive certification and logbook. If you haven't been diving in more than 12 months, you should book a pool check.

The boat departs directly from the beach at Dreams La Romana Hotel (in front of dive center) and all of the local dive spots are within a 15-minute boat ride. You will dive under the supervision of a professional, certified PADI instructor/Divemaster who will take care of you and do his or her best to show you the most interesting fauna and flora of the Eastern Atlantic, like the eagle ray, common stingray, moray eel, common spiny lobster, crab and different types of corals.

There are several dives offered every day, which show you the diversity of the underwater world of Bayahibe. Normally, there is double tank dive in the morning and one single tank dive in the afternoon. Dive sites range from colorful coral reefs, relaxing shallow waters, and exploring shipwreck sites like the St George wreck (advanced level required) or the Atlantic Princess wreck (suitable for beginners).

You must already be a certified diver for this tour. Note that you should get permission from your doctor to scuba dive.
