Cinque Terre Hike: Trails & Toasts

Itinerary

This is a great tour for anyone who would like to balance a few hours of walking through a gorgeous Mediteranean landscape, with a relaxing and tasty reward for their efforts.

We start in Levanto, the first city outside of the Cinque Terre on the northern end. Our guide will lead you on a hike along the trail that connects Levanto to Monterosso, a stunning route that provides all the panoramic views and beauty of hiking in this area without the volume of people that you'll find on the main drags. Once in Monterosso, your guide will take you up out of the fray along a lesser-known path that ends at a secret winery nestled in a pretty little valley for a tasting and some nibbles from a menu created especially for our guests.

Fitness level: The level of difficulty on this hike is medium. You must be physically able to climb up and down steep steps and inclines for about two hours. We take a leisurely pace, and this is for pleasure (and wine at the end).
