Communication was slow from the photographer - I had to make a call and email both Viator and the photographer several times before I got a response as to our meetup place. Also, I did not get to choose a photographer or see a gallery of the photographer's work, we were simply assigned someone. As a result, the photographer's style and mine were quite different. The photos were adequate, but not exceptional. Would recommend flytographer instead, We booked a session with them for another part of our trip and I got to choose a photographer based on the photogs gallery. Communication was rapid and excellent.
