Stop At: Ca du Ferra Wine & Tasting, Localita San Giorgio, 19011 Bonassola Italy
we'll visit the wineyards facing the sea and are kissed by the sun and the salty breeze. Whole of Cà du Ferrà vineyards are multi-vatietal, with Vermentino, Albarola and Bosco among the white ones and Sangiovese, Merlot, Ciliegiolo, Syrah, Granaccia and the rare dark Vermentino as concernes the red ones. Davide, the winemaker, will also tell you about the restoring projects of ancient heritage grape varieties in his lands. Ending with the visit at the downhill waterfront Cellar and with tastings wines in the garden, paired with seasonal products.
