Bike Pack - From Peschiera del Garda to Borghetto di Valeggio

First you'll have to retire your bike pac in at the store. The store is open from 9:15 and is very simple to reach.

Present your voucher to the store and take your outfit.

The voucher is valid for the booked day and includes:
- Bike for the entire day (city bike model, essential for the stretch of path)
- Safety helmet
- kit for any problems, flat tire etc.
- Insurance against accidents
- Map with all the necessary information and routes

Now you are ready for organise your day; we suggest the bike path of Peschiera del Garda-Borghetto, considered one of the most beautiful path in Lake Garda.

Start from Peschiera del Garda store. After about 300 m. begins the paved bike path along the river Mincio which guarantees flora and landscapes unmatched. Tranquility, vegetation and river pounding will accompany you throughout the journey. 

After 14 km of flat road you will reach the medieval village of Borghetto with views of the moraine hills and fortifications of Valeggio.

With its Visconti bridge and the river which intersects between the houses this medieval village is considered one of the most beautiful hamlet in Italy.

Here you you'll be free to enjoy your lunch by the river in one of the typical restaurants of the famous town, where the main dish is the tortellini of Valeggio.

Now you have the whole afternoon free and you can decide whether to choose another location or rely on our advice.

At this point we suggest you visiting the Sigurtà garden park! (about 2 km from Borghetto)

This natural park is a real gem for all lovers of nature and has been awarded as Second Most Beautiful Park in Europe by the European Garden Award. In spring/summer this park provides a great variety of flowers: tulips, iris, roses, dahlias, lilies and lots of. Huge expanses of greenery, ponds, maze, giant trees, the Hermitage, the farm animals and other attractions will complete your visit.

The whole park can be visited on board your bike in about two hours. On foot the visit will take about 3 hours.

From here you can get back on the bike path to Peschiera del Garda.

The bike and its accessories must be returned to the shop no later than 19:00. You can retire your stuff when you want between 9:15 and 15:00, but be careful because you need at least 3 hours for going to Borghetto and coming back.
