- At Gardaland Park, the magic and the emotions are for all to enjoy! However, access to individual attractions is subject to certain restrictions. A Guide to the Park specially designed for guests with special needs is available at the Welcome Desk at the Castle.
- Pets are welcome at Gardaland Park, but dogs must be kept on a lead. Large dogs must also wear a muzzle. Animals must not go on rides, enter shows or restaurants.
- At Gardaland Park, parents with children less than one meter tall can rent a pushchair from the Info Welcome office in the Ticket Area or the Info West office in the Western Village. The service costs € 5,00 per day.
- A first aid medical service is available at the Park during opening hours.
- Maximum of 4 tickets per booking
- The ticket is valid for 1 day, or 2 consecutive days.
