Lake Garda Tour from the East Coast

1 day
About this activity
An english speaking courier will give you information during the journey and you will visit together some of the most beautiful resorts such as Limone, Salò, the peninsula of Sirmione and the medieval town of Lazise.

Limone sul Garda, a quaint location with less than one thousand inhabitants on the western side of Lake Garda, is famous all over the world for the presence of a beneficial protein that eliminates cholesterol in the blood of some of its inhabitants: it is a true “elixir of long life”. The small town, surrounded by between mountains and the lake used to be isolated from the rest of the world.

Salo is situated in a natural inlet at the southern end of the Gardone Riviera and on the western side of Lake Garda in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is a quiet town in an attractive setting backed by mountain scenery and fronted by the lake. You will stop there for 1 hour.

A boat-trip from Salò to Sirmione is included.

Sirmione is one of the most popular "sights" on Lake Garda, with thousands of visitors flooding in each day to view the picturesque peninsula. It may not be the best known place to stay for a lake holiday in Italy, but images of the castle and Roman ruins feature in every information booklet about Lake Garda.
