Created by LGMF Music Director and Conductor Roger Kalia, Sounds of Our Time (SOOT) is an innovative series of annual concerts that explore connections that cross musical genres. SOOT series seeks to demonstrate the connections between popular music of our time and contemporary classical music. 2019 will feature a performance of Sarah Kirkland-Snider’s “Penelope”.
