Las Terrenas Scuba Diving Discovery Course

During your course you will learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to scuba dive under the direct supervision of a PADI certified professional instructor. If you make an open water dive, you will first practice a few more skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure.
The course will start with an overview of the scuba equipment you use to dive. You will also be shown how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear. Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater! Your instructor will make sure you learn key skills that you will use during every scuba dive. Have fun swimming around and exploring the pool or shallow ocean water!
You will also hear about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course and you can learn about opportunities to become part of the scuba community.
Included in the course is use of the basic scuba gear which includes a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, dive gauges and a tank.
