Bad sides:I joined the tour with my daughter but we joined in different time, the Viator offered my daughter a 10% discount because of new membership, however my daughter received notice of cancellation of the tour after a week or two. If you think the tour really been cancelled because of whatever reasons then you are wrong, cause I was not received any notice of cancellation and we found the tour was still on availability, so we decided to apply again and my daughter joined in successfully but with normal price. So we don’t know the reason why the tour was said to be cancelled but could joined in again? We think the tour organiser or Viator should reimburse us for the discount amount at least.2. Bad communications with the tour organisers: you will hardly communicate with them cause they never replied email within reasonable time, and they send you wrong information of the tour voucher even the date of trip, name of traveller. You need to spend lots of time to clarify with them to avoid any misunderstanding, but they are hardly found especially if you are travellers not stay in USA.3. The overnight tour was in 3 different groups, first you joined the big group in big bus to the Grand Canyon (it’s a group full of international travellers) , then we 2 went to the Grand Canyon with another tour guide and driver alone which was great, then we joined another big group to the antelope canyon the other day and back to Las Vegas (almost all are Chinese), the tour guide is Chinese too and quite practical, asking for tips of $10 a day per person.Good:1. The Grand Canyon tour with tour guide and driver Jeff was excellent, as he drove us two to visited some wonderful places there, he took care of us and answer any questions we had, very knowledgeable and responsible, the tour company should happy to have Jeff with them. Jeff really made us an impressive and wonderful half day in Grand Canyon, thanks so much Jeff! 2. The views of the Grand Canyon, Antelope canyon and horseshoe bend are incredible!
