We got picked up at Aria by Arturo, he was extremely personable and friendly. There was an issue with another customer at MGM Grand and their reservation, he handled the situation very professional and made the very irritated customer feel more relaxed. We arrived at the heliport, Marnie was our pilot, she was fantastic, great narration while fighting off windy conditions and we also had 2 passengers that spoke no English. Marnie did her best to accommodate these customers. Sandy was our tour guide at the Sky walk, what a nice person, she was very knowledgeable and told us all about the native Americans and made us feel like we wanted to be friends with her outside of the tour. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience.
excellent program, well organized, very nice we recommend it. to be improved, waiting time after Skywalk visit was a bit too long
I sent a previous review, and would like to submit a photo. Thank you for the tour!
The helicopter ride was spectacular and so beautiful. The pontoon boat ride was really not worth it. The sky walk was incredible. Overall, it was fantastic.
