Booked an overnight trip to west rim Grand Canyon for four of us, a week in advance. The sight said that the departure time is 11:30am but 2 days before, got a mail that the coach from Vegas would leave at 1:30pm. Then a day before got another mail that 2 of us would have to leave at 5:30 am. On asking the reason, we were told that we had to leave early because it was snowing in Grand Canyon, in the month of May. Finally all four of us had to leave with the 5:30. On reaching we found out there was no booking at the ranch that we were supposed to stay. Lost a few hours trying to sort that out. Lastly, no arrangement for the ride back to Vegas. Still sitting at the Terminal at Grand Canyon. Looks like Viator is only interested in booking the tour taking the money and then leaving it to the tour operator to handle the customer. I do not think that I would ever book with Viator again and would even discourage anyone to book through them.
