Stop At: Sundance Helicopters

Self-drive to the Sundance terminal check-in where your awe-inspiring tour await over the Grand Canyon.

Duration: 30 minutes

Pass By: Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Nevada

As you fly to the Grand Canyon, pass over the great marvel of the Hoover Dam. Great views from both sides of the helicopter!

Pass By: Mojave Desert, California

Traverse the beautiful mountain and sandscapes of the Mojave Desert.

Pass By: Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Nevada

Along with the Hoover Dam, fly over the crystal blue waters of Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

Pass By: Colorado River, Nevada

Fly over the depth waters of the mighty Colorado River.

Pass By: Grand Canyon West, Hualapai Reservation, Arizona

Fly over the magnificent Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. The canyon overwhelms your senses through its immense size and unique combinations of geologic color and erosional striations.

Pass By: The Las Vegas Strip

As you arrive back into Las Vegas, fly over Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas and soar on the west side of the Las Vegas Strip. Fly past the Stratosphere Tower, Caesars Palace and possibly get a glimpse of the Bellagio fountains!

Stop At: Sundance Helicopters, Las Vegas, Nevada

Fly back to the Sundance Terminal located at the West ramp of the McCarran International airport.

A great experience! The pilot was very knowledgable and answered any questions. It was amazing to see the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River from the helicopter! A very different experience than seeing it from the ground. We loved the small size of the group as that made it more comfortable and interactive. We've recommended this tour to all of our friends.

I would recommend going for the trip where you can stop in the canyon and get a better feel for it - it was also difficult to see in the back seats so ask for the front seats if you can.
