Maverick - Breakfast Horse Ride
The state of Nevada lay at the epicenter of a massive surge of settlers looking for silver in the valleys and hills. The movement of settlers was so immense that the California Gold Rush nearly ended in the mid-1800’s. The cowboy culture that persisted during this era has somewhat continued to this day in the sparse deserts of the state.
The entire region will take you deep into a forgotten time when early explorers and Native Americans roamed the land. Riding a horse along the old trails is the best way to experience the rugged landscape. This is an opportunity to experience freedom in a uniquely wild, yet entirely safe, manner.
Your ExperienceCowboys always started their days early, and this is how our tour will begin as well. You will be picked up from your hotel between 7 AM and 8 AM. A delicious breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, flapjack, and some orange juice will be provided at the ranch as soon as you arrive.
If you are new to riding horses, there is no reason to worry. The experienced cowhands at the ranch will assist you in selecting a horse that suits your height and weight along with a short introduction to riding horses.
Witness amazing sights like the Red Rock Canyon as you ride through the desert. The entire experience is nothing short of an adventure. After the trail ride, you will be taken to the Cowboy Town and the Petting Zoo. You can spend some quality time with your family or friends in both these places.
