About this activity
Discover the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine and learn how to make the best dishes of South of Italy. This cooking class takes place in a private country home locally called " Masseria", located just outside of Lecce, where you can enjoy an authentic local experience.
Forget the tourist places and imerse yourself in the traditions, flavors, products, colors that this land offer.
First of all upon arrival your Chef will explain the recipes that you're going to prepare, starting from the row ingredients of the season ans when possible, we could collect them together from the garden.
After the class enjoy a delicious Salentine meal and bring back home a local cooking experience.
