Day 1: ARRIVE IN LEH

Stop At: Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh 194104
Arrive at ‘Kushok Bakula Rimpochee’ Airport by the morning flight. This must be one of the Most Sensational Flights in the World. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2 (2nd highest peak in the World), Nanga Parbat & Gasherbrum on the other side of the aircraft. Also the Nun Kun massif can be seen. Upon arrival our representative will receive you at the airport and transfer you to Hotel for Check-in. Full day rest and at leisure to acclimatize at the Hotel. In the evening we can visit the Moti Market & Leh local Bazzar.

Day 2: LEH PALACE, DATUN SAHIB, SHANTI STUPA & THIKSAY MONASTRY

Stop At: Namgyal Tsemo Gompa, Namgyal Hill, Leh 194101 India
After breakfast you proceed to see the Leh Palace. The Khar is the so called landmark of Leh almost since 17th century. It houses the Leh Palace, Tsemo Castle and Namgyal Gompa on the same hills which houses this complex. It houses the collection of ornaments, jewellery, thangkas and paintings about 450 year old but still look as new as it can be.

Day 3: SHAM VALLEY TREK (60 KMS / 02-03 Hrs Drive) (Trek: 4 Hours, Terrain: Easy)

Stop At: Hemis Monastery, Hemis India
The Sham Valley, which is also known as the "Apricot Valley", being the abode of Apricot Flower that blossoms in the valley during the winters, is one of the easiest treks in Ladakh region. The trek is suitable for beginners as well as families. Often dubbed as a 'baby Trek', the Sham Valley Trek tempts you with on-offer pleasurable walks to some of the remote villages in the Ladakh region passing through small mountain passes, streams, shady willows and barley fields.

Day 4: TREK TO TEMISGAM Via RIZONG MONASTERY (5-6 hours Trek)

Stop At: Rizong Monastery and Jelichun Nunnery, India
After an early breakfast we set out for a trek towards Temisgam. Today’s trek involve crossing of Maptek La (3750 meters), which has great views of surrounding valleys and mountains. Soon after the pass you get the sight of Ang village. From Ang the road leads down to the Temisgam village, which has ruins of historical fort and a small monastery enshrining the highly sacred marble statue of Avalokitesvara.

Day 5: DAY 05: TEMISGAM – LEH (60 KMS / 3 HRS)

Stop At: Tingmosgang Monastery, Leh India
Tingmosgang is a castle in Temisgam village, on the bank of Indus River in Ladakh, in northwestern India. It is 92 km west of Leh, near Khalatse, and north of the present main road. The town has a palace and the monastery over a hillock.

Tingmosgang was built by King Drag-pa-Bum as his capital in the 15th century. It is through his grandson Bhagan that Ladakh's second dynasty originated - Namgyals (Victorious) which politically endured until the Dogra annexation in 1841 and whose lineage still lives on in the Stok Palace.

And after spending some time at the village we proceed further to Leh. Dinner & Overnight at Hotel in Leh.

Day 6: DAY 06: LEH–NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDUNG LA 18,390 FT. (120 KMS / 4 – 5 HRS)

Stop At: Nubra Valley, India
Post breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level.

Day 7: DAY 07: NUBRA VALLEY – TURTUK VILLAGE & BACK (240 KMS / 9– 10 HRS)

Stop At: Nubra Valley, India
Post early breakfast around 7 am we leave for Turtuk village in Baltistan region. Turtuk is the northernmost village of India situated in the Leh district of Jammu and Kashmir located in the Nubra tehsil, 205 km from the district headquarter Leh, on the banks of the Shyok River. It is the only Balti region under the Indian administration and was under Pakistan's control until 1971, after which India gained control over this strategic area.

Day 8: DAY 08: NUBRA TO PANGONG LAKE Via AGHAM-SHYOK (220 KMS / 6 HRS – ONE WAY)

Stop At: Pangong Tso, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, India; Ladakh, , India;, Leh 194101 India
After an early breakfast we leave for Pangong Lake via Agham-Shyok village. We need to leave as early as 7 am to reach Pangong in time to enjoy the sunset at the lake.

This route has become very popular among the tourists starting 2018. The road conditions have been stabilized a lot on this route and lots of people now travel on this route, especially when it is shorter than Wari La route and saves you a day in overall Ladakh plan.

After crossing Khalsar village, you need to take the road towards Village Agham, leaving the upper route going towards Khardung La. Once you reach Agham, you will be at a bifurcation where the road left would take you to Shyok village and the one towards right is going towards Wari La.

Day 9: DAY 09: PANGONG LAKE TO LEH (140 KMS / 6 HRS)

Stop At: Hemis Monastery, Hemis India
Get up early to enjoy the sunrise at the lake at around 6 am. Morning at leisure to explore the beauty of lake and later we drive back to leh enroute visiting Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism.

We drive further towards Changla Pass (17,590 feet or 5360 Mtrs). It is claimed to be the second highest motor-able road in the world. The long easy ascent takes you to Changla pass through its winding roads passing through Tangtse Village. Stop at the Changla Pass for a quick photograph session and drive down to the village of Sakti.

Drive further to Leh and check in at our hotel for Overnight stay. In the evening you can stroll around the market place for some last minute souvenir shopping.

Day 10: DAY 10: DEPART LEH (FLY OUT) Post breakfast you will be transported to the airport for your air flight.
