Day 1: Arrival day pick up from air port or train station drive to hotel and let them rest

Stop At: Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, Chengguan District, Lhasa 850000 China
Arrival day no set itinerary.take it easy and drink lot of water to acclimatize with altitude 3600m.if they want can have a free walking to old part Tibetan town and local market free walking without guide.

Day 2: Visit dreung monastery and jokhang temple in after noon.

Stop At: Drepung Monastery (Zhebang Si), Southern Slope of Genpeiwuzi Mountain, Chengguan District, Lhasa 850000 China
Visit monasteries and temples visit drepung monastery which is about 15 minutes drive from the hotel.the monastery is one of the largest Buddhist shamanist college.which belongs for gelukpa sect.there travelers would see many different Buddhist chapels and different budhas.monastery was founded in 1416 by one of the disciples of master tsongkapa.after this go for lunch.for fiery-noon visit Johkang temple which is in the center of lhasa city.now we call it the old Tibetan part.the first temple in tibet founded in 632Ad.the main part of Buddhist followers pilgrimage.main Buddhist center.

Day 3: Visit potala palace and sera monastery

Stop At: Potala Palace, No.35 Gongqian Alley, Beijing Middle Road Cheng Guan District, Lhasa 850000 China
Visit potala palace and sera monastery.potala palace takes about 3 hours.included the stair. in potala can see lots of Buddha statue mural paintings tombs stupa of dalia lamas historical cave from the 7th century’. Dalia lamas holy throne.etc. then go for luch and after noon go to sera monastery.there could see the budhist monks debating about Buddhism pyilospy.

Day 4: Day travel to garden monastery or dark yepa which are outside of city

Stop At: Dropenling Lhasa Villages Handicraft Shop, 11 Chak Tasal Gang Road, Lhasa China
Choices for the travelers garden or drakyepa.garden monastery is about 60km from Lhasa it is on the mountain which is built in 1409 by tsongkapa master.the mother monastery of gelukpa. From there travelers have the chance to do a simple hiking around the mountain.we call it ri Kor.doing koras for holy mountain takes about 1and half hour.there has nice view from the roof down to the valley. For drakyepa its more about holy mountain and meditation caves.the tibet king in 7th century he did meditation there and now a days there has many many monk and nuns doing meditation in the caves and there also has chapels to visit.anciet sky Barrie.the environment is beautiful.so beautiful atmosphere.

Day 5: Visit tibet nomad life.see the yaks and Tibetan nomadic life style.try the fresh yoghurt and milk of the yak

This day can drive a a tibet nomad.bring lunch box.see the life style of Tibetan real nomad life.try the fresh yoghurt and milk from the yak.could see the real life style of tibet.enjoy the lunch in grass land.visit tibetan nomad family.
