Beautiful country and friendly local people, everything is good except the following, 1. we finished Marchu-Picchu ruin at 11:30 AM, all of the group members with the same English guide were told they can stay inside as long as they want. For me and my friend, we were told we need to get out right away to pick up our lunch ticket. Not sure of the reason, it could be handled before we get inside, it ended up for me to rush in and out Machu-Picchu in 2 hours.2. After Machu-Picchu, we stayed at Hotel Ferre Machu picchu for 26 hours, from 12:30AM until the next day 3:20PM for the train back to CUSCO, without any activity , there was nothing we can do at the town we stayed. It could be arranged for us to stay in Ollantaytambo or back to CUSCO, so that we could explore sacred city . My 15% trip time, out of 8 days, was wasted.3. For all our 8 days trip , we don't know the schedule of each day, until a message was sent to the hotel front desk in the evening before. It is not an organized operation. Something is wrong with the operation.4. I sent 3 e-mails and also called in to require the name/date of hotel we would stay, but no answer. If I got the hotel and schedule, the 26 hours would not be wasted.Based on above reasons, I don't know whether I should recommend Viator to my friend or not. :)
