From start to finish, one of the most well-organized tours, including food tours, that I have ever purchased! Upon booking, confirmation reply showed up within days. Once in Lima, confirmation email was specific, precise, and delivered well before tour date and time. Confirmation was specific in terms of pick-up location (hotel), time, driver name, tour guide name and location, and finally, food stops and cuisine. Desiree was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and punctual for each location. You'll be well-fed on this tour: Barranco region of Lima is focal point, with stops at Cafe Negro in markets, El Cocoatal for chocolate tasting, El Muelle for delicious ceviche, and finally stops for Pisco Sours and meat, potato and rice dish, and delicious creamery for Peru's version of sorbet and ice cream. Cross "El Puente de los Suspiros" and make a wish! What a delightful day from beginning to end ... "!Increible!" Make this food tour a must when in Lime!

Great way to see Barraca and experience the neighborhood as a local. Great mix of culture and food tastings. Really fun-I’d highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this tour. It was with Alexandra and ended up being a private tour. She spoke English well and was able to communicate a little bit of history on the food and culture. The tour was about 4 hours log and the taxi picked us up from our airbnb. Make sure you are HUNGRY! There is plenty of food you will be trying from breakfast to lunch with one free Pisco Sour alcoholic drink included. We did get to sneak into the kitchen and witness the Lomo Salado being made on an open wok. Great way to spend the morning in Lima in one of the nicer districts. Highly recommend.
