Explore the fishing community where the illustrious Peruvian hero José Olaya was born, the Caleta de Chorrillos. Learn the hidden mysteries of the microcosm of the sea with a local fisherman from the artisan market to his boat. You will see all kinds of fish and marine fauna.
Our very own Tatiana is the ideal Chef for this culinary adventure at sea. With great knowledge of arts of ceviche, she is the kind of person who is always makes sure everyone is learning and having fun!
