We arrived on Sunday May 5 and could not find the bus or any assistance. local hotel and tourism office wondered why we booked on a Sunday as they indicated you don't run buses on that day. The phone number provided on our ticket was disconnected. Wasted $20.

The speakers on the bus weren't working properly. We were sitting on top and could hear nothing that was being said by the guide. It didn't matter that much because the people behind us insisted on talking throughout, which was quite annoying. The water park was pretty spectacular and made up for some of the rest. On the way back from the park we decided to sit inside to see if we could actually hear her. We have some spanish but you really needed near-fluency to follow her and the commentary was about 90 in spanish, followed by a couple of sentences in english. It is a spanish-speaking environment, but many tourists have limited spanish. I have a couple of suggestions. First, fix the speaker. The bus itself is loud. Make sure there are enough of them so everyone can hear. Second, give people some ground rules. Tell them not to talk when the guide i talking, out of respect for their fellow passengers. Consider adding a portable audio guide in other languages. Even as an up-charge it would have made it a much better experience. In sum, the water part is great but the rest of it was pretty much a loss. We didn't really learn much about the city.

If you are short on time this is a great way to get a feel for the city and have the guide point out the history and significant points.
