Cooking the Best Ceviche with a Peruvian Family

The meeting point is at the door of the municipality of Miraflores at 10:15 am, then we will take a taxi or a local trasportation to go to surco. The chef will explains step by step how to prepare every dish, in this case ceviche, causa and pisco sour. Later we will help you to take a cab to return to Kennedy Park. First we will prepare Pisco Sour which is our flag drink, later our delcious cevcihe and finally our causa made of mashed potatoes, vegetables and atun. The cooking course takes place in a relaxed and warm atmosphere in Lima. A must-do for Foodies! This cooking class include all the ingredients. It include pick up from kennedy park.
