Cooking Lomo Saltado, Papa a la Huancaina and Pisco Sour

The meeting point is at the door of the municipality of Miraflores at 10:15 am, then we will take a taxi or a local transport to go to Surco. The chef will explain step by step how to prepare each dish, in this case Lomo Saltado, papa a la huancaina and pisco sour. First we will prepare Pisco Sour, which is our flag drink, then our delicious Lomo saltado and finally our Papa a la Huancaina. Finally we will help you to return to Kennedy Park by a Taxi. The course of the kitchen takes place in a relaxed and warm atmosphere in Surco. A must for foodies!
