Stop At: Plaza San Martin, Lima Peru

The tour's meeting point is the Tourism Information Center (TIC) of Avenida Jose Larco. From here, the group will travel together to the Lima Downtown, taking the famous Lima "Metropolitan" transport system along the way. After approximately 40 minutes of travel, we will arrive at our first stop - "La Gran Plaza San Martín". Here travelers can admire the building's unique French-style architecture as well as learning about the interesting details of the building's history.

Stop At: Centro Historico de Lima, Lima Peru

After San Martin square we will walk through the House of Gastronomy. Then we will go to the convent of Santo Domingo, which is believed to be the sanctuary of all Peruvian saints, and finally, we will be visiting the Mail House.

Stop At: Plaza de Armas (Plaza Mayor), Jr. Junin and Jr. Carabaya, Lima Peru

Our next destination is "La Plaza Mayor", where we will pass through the famous Jiron de la Union, one of the busiest and most commercial streets in downtown Lima. Here we will witness the impressive "Changing of the Guard" that takes place inside the Government Palace.

We will also be able to explore the municipality of Lima, the "Club Union" & the famous Cathedral of Lima - whose construction dates back more than 300 years!

Stop At: Iglesia y Convento de San Francisco, Plaza San Francisco Jirón Lampa y Ancash, Lima 15001 Peru

We continue our tour in San Francisco church known for its famous catacombs, subterranean tunnels where the ancient inhabitants of Lima were buried.

Stop At: Casa de la Literatura Peruana, Jr. Ancash 207 Centro Histórico de Lima, Lima Peru

Then, as our journey continues, we will arrive at "The House of Literature". Here visitors can learn more about the diversity & history of some of the many cultures native to Peru.

Stop At: ChocoMuseo, Calle Berlin 375, Lima 15001 Peru

For our last stop, we'll save the best surprise of all - A visit to the chocolate museum, 'ChocoMuseo' Here group members can try pure cocoa (the national flavor of Peru!) While also sampling a whole host of other cocoa-based products - ranging from pisco infused drinks to the way to products such as cocoa shampoo & soap!
