we will visit the sourroundings of this colorful market pretty crowded with friendly/exotic locals, we of course will visit the market inside too but not only that we will taste few of the most favourites snacks locals die to eat (almost everyday)

the most bohemian neighbourhood in Lima city, famous because its trendy art street and "happy people". Even your tour is about food we think is a good idea to take you to this artistic place favourite by locals where through a short walking tour you lso can enjoy the local taste for art, see xix century architecture and enjoy this place plus move a bit after eating extra is good idea to walk a bit to burn some calories:)

Because we looove eat and looooove dessert we cannot stop ourselves to including you the tasties dessert peruvians love "Picarones", we chosen a place on the cliffs in front of the ocean were you can seat and enjoy your day finishing with this sweet local sweet:)

Pamela was an excellent tour guide and took us to two markets and two restaurants. Excellent food,a especially the ceviche in the market from Rosita. It was nice to get a feel for the local culture going through a non-touristy market, trying unique local food, and great local cuisine.

Very prompt pickup from the hotel. John Paul was our tour guide and was amazing. Very knowledgeable and had a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend this tour. It was just us two on the tour and we tried many different fruits. We also had ceviche and a delicious soup. The tour ended with a donut and another dessert I can’t remember but was like an oatmeal texture. I wish I took some notes and more photos to remember what I tasted. We went to a few different markets where John Paul pointed out many different things. This was our first tour and Lima and I loved it. Make sure you come hungry because you eat a lot!
