Day 1 - Arrival in Lima
Arrival in Lima, the "City of Kings" famous for its Spanish Colonial architecture, extraordinary museums and cuisine. Lima is internationally recognized as the "Gastronomic Capital of the Americas", and its cuisine is considered among the most diverse and exquisite in the world on par with French cuisine. Upon arrival a host will meet and assist you in transferring to the hotel and in registering.

Day 2 - Lima

Lunch at Madam Tusan: Founded in April 2011. It is a restaurant of Chinese-Peruvian food, known in Peru as a "chifa".
It evokes those great chifas of old times, where Peruvian ingredients and flavors embrace with the Chinese.

Dinner at Panchita: Offering ancient and contemporary Peruvian Creole food, and honor the tradition and culture of Lima. This restaurant imprint flavor onto high-level products, sometimes with a slow burn and other times with a vivid flame. One thing remains unchanged: cook with the same passion of grandmothers did and preserve their seasoning. The cuisine is bold, roguish and generous, just like Marthita, the chef, who is as mischievous as a good jarana limeña.

Day 3 - Lima

Lunch at La Mar: La Mar is a place to celebrate, to share the life through the richest culture of the Peruvian Cuisine. It is the place where the sea treasures, the history, culture and people feelings joined in a magical encounter.
Dinner at Astrid & Gaston: The history of this restaurant began in 1994. Upon finishing their culinary studies in Paris, Gastón Acurio and Astrid Gutsche founded their eponymous restaurant in a small house in the district of Miraflores. At first, the restaurant was quite French, as it was dictated by the global trend. Over time, it became decidedly Peruvian, embracing Peruvian culture and flavors, experimenting with local ingredients and recipes with one goal in mind, to promote Peruvian cuisine around the world.
In 2014, on their 20th anniversary, the chefs left Cantuarias Street to start a new project: to settle in Casa Moreyra, the 17th century San Isidro estate. Today, Gastón and Astrid, together with a young team of chefs, are in constant search of new flavors and ideas to offer.
