The meal was served buffet style and consisted of a wide variety of food of Peru. It was all interesting and tasty. This was followed by a dance show highlighting the Peruvian and Inca culture. This was interesting and professionally done. My only problem with the evening was that I was paired with a gentleman from Columbia who spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish. Although he and I got along fine he even helped me with some of the food choices the language barrier prevented a better relationship and understanding.

The food and show were great! Glad to see the culture of Peru through it's many eyes of the Incas, Spanish, Asian, Africa influences.
