Private Tour: Lima Like a Local

Today you will experience how the locals travel through Peru’s capital every day, using public transport (also known as the “combi” experience). After visiting a local market to taste some of the Lima’s best and freshest produce, you and your local guide will board the Metropolitano or “combi” bus service heading towards Lima’s downtown. In the Historic Center of Lima you will visit the most important colonial buildings, Peru’s most important government buildings, some of the lesser-known official buildings as well as elaborate churches and elegant neighborhoods.

Having explored the highlights of Lima and various styles of architecture with your local guide, what could be a better end to a few hours of exploring Lima than, learning to make your own pisco sour in one of the oldest bar of the city centre. After the Pisco sour we will travel back to Miraflores and to your hotel. Our guide will give you plenty of recommendations for other activities or places to eat.
