Sailing and SUP with Barba Blu to Lipari

About this activity
Itinerary
We start with a small technical introduction of the fundamental maneuvers of the SUP board, on the beach of our base, in front of which the water is shallow and quiet. After a short session, crew, SUP and everything you need is boarded on our sailing boat Barba Blu and we leave in the direction of Lipari, we will reach in an hour of sail or motor if necessary.
Along the route the students will be able to participate with the instructor with the management of the boat helping in the maneuvers or the rudder.
Arrived in the established area instructor and participants start to discover the coast in SUP, taking advantage of a new point of view and a more privileged contact with the beauty of the coast. Wild and spectacular Vulcano and Lipari will amaze you with breaks, dives and snorkelling.
