Pedro was an excellent driver and guide. We arrived in time for Mass and had time for visiting the Cathedral before an excellent lunch. We visited the Village of the 3 children and visited the University as advertised. Wear shoes with a good grip for steep, slippery streets in the charming town!
My husband and I were lucky to take that tour with Andre, who is an excellent guide: intelligent and charismatic. We admired the Holy Mass in Fatima it was Sunday and fell in love with Coimbra. We've learned a lot about history of Portugal/ Small group, minivan and a delicious lunch contributed to the success of the tour.
Excellent guide and overall a good and interesting tour. I have my doubts about the Fatima/Coimbra combination - our small group divided between those who were interested mainly in Fatima and some hardly or not at all in Coimbra and those who would have preferred more free time in Coimbra with the opportunity to visit some of the sights rather than just walk past them.
