Fátima and Batalha Tour

Your full-day tour of Fatima and Coimbra begins by meeting your guide in Porto. Settle in to your comfortable air-conditioned Mercedes Van and begin your scenic journey to Fatima and Coimbra.

This tour will start by visiting Coimbra, the city of students, in which lies the oldest university in Portugal and other monuments and historical treasures. After unraveling the beauty of Coimbra, we will continue our pilgrimage bound to Fatima for lunch and for you begin the journey of the most esteemed religious centers in the world and one of the most popular tourist destinations in Portugal.

Every year thousands of pilgrims and tourists visit the Sanctuary of Fatima, especially during the days of pilgrimage on 13th of May and 13th of October. On arrival at our destination we will visit the imposing neoclassical basilica that stands at the Shrine of Fatima and the Chapel of the Apparitions.

Before our return to Porto ,take some time to experience the spiritual environment of the Sanctuary, light a candle and appreciate the Neoclassical buildings style.
