After a short introduction to the village, spend some free time at World Heritage UNESCO Site, the astonishing old town of Sintra - where hundreds of years of history await. The perfect spot for a lunch break (at own expense), with its old houses now converted into small handicraft shops and traditional pastry shops. Stroll around Sintra and sample the traditional egg-filled “pillow” pastries (excluded) and browse for souvenirs.

Looks like the Disney Land castle but in real life! Colourful and magical, discover the interior of the Palace, the rooftops, take stunning pictures of the view and walk through the gardens.

If time allows, we shall pass by the charming village of Cascais and return to Lisbon following a very special road named "Marginal", running always parallel to the white sandy beaches and amazing 17th century fortresses starting at the town of Estoril with its famous casino.
