This tour was outsourced to another company. The company that conducted the tour was very professional and I would highly recommend them. However, the company I booked the tour with via Viator was not. They did not turn up on the day that we booked the tour and did not contact us.
We really enjoyed this private tour. Our driver, Telmo, was very accommodating. Since this was a private tour - just the 4 in our party, we could customize it the way we wanted. Of course, we needed to rely on the expertise of our guide/driver Telmo, but he was wiling to make our priorities his. The weather was uncooperative rain and fog in the hills, so we had to modify our plans and we did not get to enjoy the views from the Moorish Castle or the Pena Palace. But that's nature, and not the fault of our driver. Overall, we had a great day and felt the tour was well worth the cost.
Icario, our guide, is the actual owner of the business and, on this private tour was very responsive to needs one of our party suffers a temporary disability because of recent surgery and wishes.
