You will visit Quinta da Regaleira, an amazing place filled whit magic, where it is also said that JK Rowling the author of Harry Potter found here in this mysterious place, inspiration for her work. The property has 4 hectares of surprises in one of the most romantic places on earth.
Seteais Palace is another must see in the village. A neoclassical palace that became a 5 star hotel, listed as world heritage by UNESCO. Pass through the Monserrate Palace before we start our way up to the top of the hill, where you will learn all the small mysterious stories that make our village even more interesting until we get to the Moorish Castle.
On the top of the mountain we get to the Pena Palace, one of the most iconic buildings of our beloved village. An extravagant palace with architectural influence of the Portuguese Manueline style mixed with the Moorish heritage. A real life postcard out of a fairy-tale.
Enjoy the amazing landscapes of our coast. You will pass by the Sintra fishing village Azenhas do Mar, as well as the most western point of Europe, Cabo da Roca. Here the huge cliffs along with the crushing waves make the background for some unforgettable pictures.
