• Truly authentic “tascas”: these are visited daily by the locals who go there for their morning coffee, lunch and even a little afternoon pastry. Every. Single. Day.
• Genuine interaction with the locals: if you’re lucky maybe you’ll even win a certificate for “Employee of the Month”!
• The best and quickest method to learn proper Portuguese. Queres apostar??
• Suit and toothpick (to stick between your teeth, of course).
• Pastries and soft drinks (don’t forget you’re on the clock !).
