Enjoy a complete pickup and transfer experience towards Pisa and its stunning countryside.
After a quick stop at Piazza dei Cavalieri, home to the prestigious Scuola Normale Superiore University, you’ll head to Piazza dei Miracoli to admire the magnificent Leaning Tower, the Cathedral and Baptistery. You'll have then one-hour freetime to explore the city center, order an Espresso coffee and climb up the Tower.
On the way out of Pisa you'll be driven past a lesser known leaning tower at the church of San Michele. Along the romantic riverfront, you will also spot the little gothic Chiesa della Spina.
Before lunchtime you’ll take the scenic route to the winery to enjoy an exclusive wine tasting experience.

Our family of 5 scheduled this private day trip while in port on a 10 day Med. cruise. Our guide was waiting for us when we got off the ship. The vehicle was very comfortable and the area was explained as we drove to our destinations. The first stop was in Pisa where we were given a perfect amount of time to see the sights, do some shopping and get a cappuccino at a cafe. We were then taken to a local winery and given an outstanding tour, delicious lunch and wine tasting. Our guide was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also accommodating for a family member with extra needs. We were taken back to the ship with time to spare. This was a great day enjoyed by all!
