I want to say the driver was good and the company tried their best to include all the spots. However it is in fact too ambitious to cover all the five villages of Cinque Terre in such a short time. Making things worse was my tour waited for more than 20 mins to someone being late in the morning. As a result we had only 30 mins at Riomaggiore which in fact was the most beautiful place of the whole itinerary. In addition, the panoramic drive to view Corniglia and Manarola were a joke.Suggestion: 1) driver should not wait for more than 10 mins to depart - it is absolutely unfair to other tour member. 2) Don't cover all the five villages for the sake of doing it.

Cinque Terre is a must see for anyone going to Italy. Certainly one of the most beautiful and interesting parts of the country. It's rather difficult to get there but our guide Maurizio gave us all of the insider information and got us nicely situated. I would highly recommend this tour.

Sabrina,, our driver/tour guide was excellent. She went over and beyond to make our trip truly and enjoyable experience. Loved the villages of Cinque Terre and the ferry ride. It was a bonus with few crowds at Pisa.

This is not a tour. A driver takes you to Pisa and then drops you off at the first town in Cinque Terre and you pay for your own ticket, which is fine. There is no way to visit all 5 towns, maybe three. The issue arose for me when I was on the ferry and the name of the town was not announced. There is a stop on the sheet they don’t go to so I missed a stop. I was only able to see two towns; which is okay they were both beautiful, I made the most of it. I mentioned my issue to the driver and attempted to give him my map as a kind suggestion so this doesn’t happen to any future customers. He became very unprofessional and irate; all but called me stupid because I missed the stop. I would not recommend booking with this company. The driver had no sense of customer service; he yelled at me and behaved in a way that I should’ve known it the ferry didn’t stop there. The driver did not provide sufficient information to trail off on your own. Even at the meeting spot he informed us to meet past the tunnel; he did not say it was a 10 to 15 minute walk past the tunnel. Half of the group was waiting by the tunnel which when he was a 15 minute walk past the tunnel in the parking lot. We were 20-30 minutes late leaving which is unnerving going back to a cruise ship. I go to Cinque Terre only in the future..NEVER with this company! Unless your a mind reader and can hear the thoughts in the driver’s mind that he doesn’t share with customers.

Unfortunately, it was a cloudy and rainy day while we were visiting the Cinque Terre. Our guide, Carlos, drove us to the sites, as we did not want to take the ferry in the rain. He was very informative and friendly. Nice ride, although the roads were a bit curvy. Yikes. He also took us to Pisa. Very worthy of the money spent and made for a wonderful vacation.

We loved the tour, the area is beautiful and Pisa was amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and safe. The only reason that I put a 3 is that there is really no way to do Pisa and Cinque Terre, the 4 boat stops there and make it in time with out being totally rushed. If we had known, we would have not done at least one of the stops. It was stressful thinking that we might miss the ship back and it would have been helpful to know that the boat times are approx. we also didnt know that when you buy the boat ticket, you Must buy one that allows stops...our driver didn’t know that, so we didn’t know and almost missed our ride at the last leg because we had to buy another ticket... we would definitely go there again, just being more informed.
