Livorno Seafront Promenade with Wine Tasting

The tour starts at the main entrance of Livorno Acquarium, the largest acquarium in Tuscany.

Discover the amazing Terrazza Mascagni, an elegant balustraded terrace overlooking the sea famous for its characteristic black and white checkerboard pavement. The belvedere offers a beautiful view of the Arcipelago Toscano and the Port of Livorno, one of the largest seaports in the Mediterranean Sea.

The stroll goes on along the charming promenade with a stop by the historical Hotel Palazzo and the Bagni Pancaldi, a bathing establishment founded in 1846 once frequented by aristocrats and the Savoy princes.

Visit the church of San Jacopo in Acquaviva, the most characteristic churches of Livorno for its scenic location and so called for the pool of fresh water hosted inside.

Passing by the famous Italian Naval Academy, established in Livorno on the 6th of November 1881, we will reach Barriera Margherita admiring beautiful Art Nouveau-style villas.

At the end of your tour relax and enjoy a wine tasting admiring the beautiful scenery.

The tour is wheelchairs accessible. The entrance of the church San Jacopo in Acquaviva is accessible thanks to a ramp perfect for the wheelchair (The Crypt is not accessible).
