Slovenia may be a small country but it is packed with thick forests, Alpine mountains, and breathtaking coastlines that would make any nature enthusiast fall in love. If you’ve been dreaming of exploring the Alpine regions of Slovenia but don’t know where to start, this day tour from Ljubljana will take you to some of the most iconic and important natural gems of the country. You’ll start your day with a visit to the town of Bled, home of the famous Lake Bled, where you’ll enjoy a ride on a pletna taking you to the picturesque Bled Island. Later in the day, you’ll visit Triglav National Park where you can get lost at Pokljuka Plateau! Before the tour ends, stop by the Alpine lake of Bohinj, the largest lake in Slovenia.

• 7:45am hotel pick up
• 8:30am departure from Ljubljana
• 9:15am arrival at Bled
• Enjoy a pletna ride and visit Bled Island
• Visit Bled Castle
• Head to Pokljuka Plateau and Triglav National Park
• Explore Lake Bohinj
• Visit a beautiful nearby waterfall
• 6:00pm arrival in Ljubljana

Summer Itinerary (1 Apr-31 Oct):
• 7:15am hotel pick up
