Start your small-group tour with a pickup from your central Ljubljana hotel, and depart for the marvellous Vipava Valley.
Dotted with old villages and towns, the Vipava valley is nested beneath a mighty mountain range and has always been an important path towards the Mediterranean. Marked by strong winds, especially the bora wind, it is one of the sunniest regions in Slovenia. The locals are cheerful and hospitable, renowned for their fruit and wine growing traditions, as well as amazing cuisine.

Wine tasting in Vipava valley is a must-do. Lepa Vida is a boutique family-run winery with 8 hectares of vineyards. They produce 6 different wines in small quantities (up to 30.000 bottles a year) - from world-known varieties such as sauvignon, pinot gris to more local grapes such as malvasia or zelen.
After wine tasting, return to your minivan and end your tour in Ljubljana, with a drop-off at your hotel.
