Stop At: Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter, Studio Tour Drive, Leavesden WD25 7LR England

Your journey starts in Central London where you'll meet your tour representative, a preferred partner. Travel by train directly to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.

When you arrive, enjoy timed access and be greeted by a dedicated Studio Tour guide who reveals the wonders you'll encounter throughout your tour of the original sets, props, and costumes from all eight of the Harry Potter films. You will be given your own personal headset to ensure you do not miss any of the fascinating behind-the-scenes facts.

Start your experience with a short film in the cinema before you enter the iconic Great Hall set. Your guide shares production secrets and inside information and tells you about the processes used to bring the films to life. Take a look inside Dumbledore’s office, and walk along cobbled Diagon Alley, which features the shop fronts of Ollivanders, Flourish and Blotts, Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, Gringotts Bank, and Eeylops Owl Emporium. Visit the original Hogwarts Express locomotive and a recreation of Platform 9 ¾. Climb aboard the train carriage and pose with a luggage trolley as it disappears through the platform wall.

Other sets you can see include the Gryffindor common room, the boys’ dormitory, Hagrid’s Hut, the Potions classroom, and Professor Umbridge's office at the Ministry of Magic. Throughout your tour, you'll be captivated by secrets and insights from your guide.

Once your guided tour comes to an end, you have the option to re-enter the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London at your leisure, find that perfect Harry Potter souvenir at the Studio Shop, or purchase a coffee at the Studio Tour Cafe. When you are ready to head back to central London, your representative will have your provided train ticket and information needed for an easy journey.

Loved this tour! We were escorted to Warner Brothers Studio with a guide. Then we were given an VIP tour of the studio and free to visit as many times we wanted for the day. This is one of the best ways to experience Harry Potter sets!

Reserve as early as you can, spots fill up quickly. Having the fully guided tour helped us get the most out of this experience. Lizel, with City Tours, was our host to get us on the train and to the entrance of the studio. It was a very helpful introduction to navigating the train system in London, Everyone was on their own getting back to London, but that was not a problem because we had already learned how to navigate the system. This was an added bonus to me. Once at Warner Bros. Studios, Jemma was our guide. She was great and very responsive to the group. She was bubbly (without being too much), funny and full of stories and knowledge. At the start of the tour we were given headphones. At first I didn't like this idea, however once we got started I soon realized how great it was to have them. There are a lot of people here. This particular day there were a lot of school groups present. Without the headsets it would have been difficult to hear a word Jemma was saying, However, with the headsets it was like we were the only ones there. We didn't miss a word, which is good because Jemma gave us some really fun facts and behind the scenes knowledge. After our three hour tour (which went by way too fast) we were allowed to go back in on our own. At this point we took the time to get more pictures and study the sets a little more carefully. Because of the lighting I have some very stunning pictures. It really looks like I knew what I was doing when all I did was point and shoot. I believe even those who aren't Harry Potter fans would really enjoy the set tours for the technical info and the film industry aspect. Bottom line: worth every penny. I'm very glad that I did the guided tour because I really feel I got so much more out of my time there.

Our tour was fantastic. It was great bypassing the queue and having individual stories from our tour guide throughout. We had plenty of time after to go back through the exhibits and plenty of time to eat lunch before the second half began. Wonderful all the way around.

This tour was amazing and definitely worthwhile! My daughter is obsessed with Harry Potter, so she LOVED this tour. I am not as big of a fan (a fan, but not obsessed...I haven’t read all of the books or seen all of the movies) and even I thought the tour was fantastic! The pace of the tour is good and we loved that you have the opportunity to re-enter when the tour is finished to see anything you want to spend more time on or take more pictures. Our guide was awesome and told us more insider information than if you did not take the fully guided tour and she was able to bring certain items over to our group to have a better look (the potions book, Harry’s scar, etc). I highly recommend this tour!!!

Our guide was so knowledgeable. I didn't realize that the studio was open until 10 PM and could go back in until then. Would've loved to stay the whole time. Be sure to check out the studio hours so you know how long you can stay. An absolutely fantastic time

We paid more than we were wanting for this tour. However it books out well in advance so we had no other option but the book the "Fully Guided Tour" and it really paid off. Our tour guide had so much inside information we wouldn't had found out without her. So informative. And I love the Warner Brothers doesn't try to squeeze to many people in. Plenty of room to wander around. Kids had an absolute ball. Definitely worth it. Highlight of our holiday

Our tour guides were so great. I feel bad for forgetting her name but I remember she was blonde and an aspiring actor. So great and really made the experience that much better.

I love the insights behind the scene narration. Will be good to include the actual filming or we become the actor/actress behind the scene to make it more realistic and engaging ?

Firstly: you are promised 5 hours, 1 hours transfer and 3 hours tour and 1 hours transfer. In reality you are supposed to meet e.g. 11.30 then the train leaves at 12. Then the bus, then the wait at the Warner studios, we started our tour at 2pm. So nothing has happened in over 2 hours since the beginning. The actual tour was super good, our guide Nicole was amazing. But we had to hurry a little bit since we had a time limit of 5 hours to be back in London. So in the website it should be stated clearly that this 5 hours does not include your own time if you want to spend in the interactive part of the tour of if the busses/train timetables do not fit. I think this takes at least 6 hours even if the timing is perfect. So after paying 300 euros for two persons, I was disappointed about the fact that we didn't have time to do everything we wanted. The place is also packed and a lot of lines. Our guide was able to get us past some but this is not always the case.

Our guide was excellent, when Euston Station closed they had a coach waiting which got us there in record time as well as back. An all around lovely experience. Once in the studio we were handed over to official WB tour guides and received the full VIP experience.

Even a non Harry Potter fan like myself who went there to accompany my 13 year old son has enjoyed this tour immensely. Our tour guide has provided a very informative and fun tour, it could have been even better if the majority of our non English speaking members could show more excitement !! I have no regrets paying such a premium for this tour as it allows you to re-enter without having to queue and there are so much to explore beyond the standard 3 hours tour. We spent almost 5 hours there, admiring the work of art and the attention to details of the Hogwart Castle is simply amazing! Just a tip :- the Butterbeer ice cream is much nicer than the Butterbeer!!

Only way to visit the studio unless you can snag a private tour. You beat all the crowds and can go back thru the studio once the tour is over to revisit your favorites.

My niece is a huge Harry Potter fan (both the books and the movie) and this tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to England. Even if you have only seen the movies (or even if you haven't), you will marvel at the extraordinary amount of work and detail it took to make the Harry Potter world come alive. Despite her earlier protests about getting the guided tour, my niece thanked me afterwards for insisting that we splurge, as the guided tour provides details, information, and perks that you do not have access to if you just do a self-guided tour. Every step of the process was seamless -- the train, the bus, the tour. I would definitely recommend this experience.
