I use Viator a lot when I travel and I was disappointed with the organization of this tour. The departure location when I booked online was different from the one on the voucher so we ended up at the wrong end of London. We realized it 15 minutes before the tour started and raced through London with a toddler and ended up being 20 minutes late and missing it. When I phoned the number on the voucher and explained, she offered for us to join the 1pm tour so we had to wait around and forgo some of our other afternoon plans. We joined with a tour from another company it seemed. Luckily, the tour guide (Nat) was lots of fun. Overall, I wasn’t very satisfied with the experience.

My family and I enjoyed this walking tour. We saw many of the filming locations and also places that inspired JK Rowling when writing her books. Our guide Tom was funny, friendly and he took good care of his tour group always making sure everyone was accounted for, providing a bathroom break and helping people get transportation tickets if needed. The friendly trivia competition was entertaining too.

He knows everything about Harry Potter. He kept the attention of both the children and adults and told us wonderful background stories.

Hagrid, aka John. Was a litt of fun and well informed. We saw things other than just Harry Potter related. The tour was very interactive and funny.

our guide john was great! very knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. definitely worth the money. we were lucky to have this tour on our first day in london. jon showed us how to go about the tube and buses. discussed the oyster card. it was not.only a harry potter tour but actually a walking tour of london. thank you john.

A fine walking tour of the great sights of London, with a tour guide who knows the specifics of the Harry Potter connection. This isn't much off the beaten path as you basically see Trafalgar Square, Millennium Bridge, Kings Cross, etc. So this would be a bad idea for somebody who spends much time in London. We also expected some fun gifts like wands or a little snack or something, but all we received were our sorting hat cards that were just like trading cards that teamed us up for good trivia. Tom was a great guide personally and knew his stuff. Worth the money, just don't get your hopes up for anything extremely unique that you're paying for except the guide.
