It was confusing to use tickets for London City tour for the first time. Once you have your ticket you can use the buses for The Original Tour. The Original Tour bus drivers and visitors center was super helpful for the London City tours when they didn’t have to be since it wasn’t there tickets. Book through the Original tour, same tour but more buses and better customer service.

The poor cousin to the two big Hop On and Off operators - Big Bus Tours brown and yellow and the Original Tour similar colours to London City Tours unfortunately, There are far fewer access points. They are further apart than the more popular, and rarely are there representatives at those points compared to the other two companies. Signage to help customers identify where to hop on is poor. We waited along with six other clients for almost an hour at Buckingham Palace. I called to ask where our bus was. Suddenly a representative showed up. I was on my way to Westminster Abbey and due to the delay only had 90 minutes for my visit.

The tour itself was very good and worth doing however there was problem after problem trying to get my viator tour tickets redeemed. Not sure I'll use them again...

Employees were helpful at appointed stops. Not only did they share directions, but offered time saving advice for different sites.
