We did not have a lot of time in London to do the things we wanted, so we signed up for this one day tour. The tour was pretty good, but our tour guide Debbie was phenomenal. She was incredibly informative and knowledgeable with a fantastic sense of humor. We learned so much about London's rich history and culture and actually saw everything we could have hope for in one satisfying day! This trip is time and money well spent.

The changing of the guards didn’t happen. The tour guide was very good. When the tour was done there should of been an option to be left back the station

All we saw with the guide was 3 places. A few seconds to take photos of Buckingham Palace as we walked to the side of it out of the way to watch the changing of the guard. This turned out to be 1 minute of the guard parading past us. I'm not sure if they did more near the palace, but we couldn't see from where we were. Then we went to St. Paul's Cathedral where we walked around it inside and out, and after I was turned around and later had lunch, I couldn't find where we were supposed to meet the bus. I asked people directions and had them call Viator for info (still before bus departure time), but Viator took 20 minutes to contact my guide and respond, so by that time the bus was long gone. I was told to either hop on any other Viator tour bus that I happened to see or to take a city bus and meet at the Tower of London, and that a ticket would be waiting for me there. The city bus never came after 45 minutes, so I called Uber. I got to Tower of London and didn't know where to go - didn't realize there'd be many buildings and 1000s of tourists. By pure luck, I found the tour group, and my tour guide was not even holding up her umbrella to help me find her. That was the end of the tour. You're on your own to tour the crown jewels or anything else at Tower of London. We only saw Big Ben (currently under scaffolding) from about 5 blocks away, and the other sights are only seen on the included river cruise tour. I recommend just traveling to these places on your own by subway, taxi, or Uber, or the Hop On Hop Off Bus, and purchasing the river cruise ticket separately (17 pounds?). I got nothing but aggravation from this full day tour. Worst tour and tour guide I've ever had, and I've traveled a lot around the world!

The seats were comfortable and the air conditioning decent. Our guide was good. If we wanted to walk more or go inside places we would have taken a different tour. We both had a little issue with extended walking,so to find out that the tour would stop for a "break" or walking to see sights was a surprise and something that we had to miss out on. They should have made it more clear that there would have been more walking other than bathroom breaks (where there were few) or at least just get off the Bus for stretching and a photo opportunity.

Great day trip, fast paced but ideal for us London in one day just isn't possible but if you want a flying visit, this is the one to book. Sheila was very informative and made sure we saw the best of the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace. Got to see a lot that we would never have been able to see on our own as we only had one day free - Well done Sheila you were just what we needed

Very disappointed our tour guy was very knowledgeable but was rather very old and had a bad cold, spent most of the time coughing into the Mic, missed the changing of the guard completely, talked so much people were loosing interest, so much so at the Tower of London I handed back my ever plugs and did the tour on our own,so did many people, there comes a time when you need to retire a younger person would have been better he rambled on and on.... sorry a lot of money and for nothing.

This was a wonderful tour. My entire family loved our guide because she brought the rich history of London to life with her stories and humor. This tour is well worth the money in terms of quality of the knowledge gained and quantity of sites. This tour makes use of a bus, but you will do a moderate amount of walking.

The full-day sightseeing tour of London through Viator Tours is a smart way to get an appreciative overview of many of the historical and cultural landmarks and points of interests in the city. We have enjoyed similar tours of other major cities throughout Europe and this tour was no exception. It was excellent. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. Each seat was equipped with a charging port for cell phones and cameras, which was very convenient. We scheduled this tour for our first full day in London. This enabled us to plan follow-on personal sightseeing adventures for the remainder of our stay. Our guide, Norma, did an excellent job shepherding our large group from one location to another. She masterfully highlighted many of London’s iconic landmarks and top attractions, and we appreciated her added insight about the Royal Family and its many traditions. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, articulate, courteous, punctual, and possesses a bit of British humor, which brought us laughter along the way. The memories we developed on this tour will last a lifetime. For these reasons, we found the time and cost of the tour well worth it. Viator Tours is our preferred go-to-tour provider when traveling. We look forward to our next tour with them.

Excellent tour except for the London Eye Upgrade. Time consuming in changing vouchers for tickets in London eye, we waited in line for almost an hour.

We wanted to see a lot of London sites in a day with a minimum of walking. The tour was on time, clean, air conditioned bus. The bus driver, Mark, did an amazing job of driving without hitting a bike or car. I am still impressed with the skill of these bus drivers. Our guide, Godfrey, was full of facts and jokes. Kept the tour light hearted. Was easy going. I would go on his tour again.

Trudy was excellent. Perfectly positioned us to see the Guard marching to Buckingham Palace and the return of the Horse Guard. She is very knowledgeable and speaks clearly. She made each guest feel individually important. She kept my wife near her because of my wife's hearing problem. She takes her job very seriously. Our bus driver, Vin, was excellent.
